If for any reason you do not have a return form, please email us requesting a return form and we will send you one. Replace the unused items in the packaging that it was originally delivered in. If this original packaging is not available, please ensure that the items are suitably protected before returning them.
Please note that in the event of your returned items not being received by us, no refund can be made. Therefore we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return items to us. For items up to a value of £28 we recommend the use of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery™; for items of a value over £28 we recommend the use of Royal Mail Special Delivery™. Once your return has been received, the cost of your purchase will be refunded within five working days. You will be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed. Please note that we can only refund the cost of postage if an item is faulty or delivered to you in error.
An order or part of an order can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch by emailing us. Please remember to include full details of your order in your email including your order reference number and the items that you wish to cancel. Once dispatched an order cannot be cancelled, but may be returned in accordance with the Qualatex Balloons returns policy above.
